The Tosi network consists of the Tosi main chain, datachains, nodes, publishers and TosiScan.
Tosi main chain facilitates smaller datachains. Moreover, the main chain maintains a ledger of TOSI tokens, stakes for validation and data availability, and other relevant services for datachains.
Datachains are smaller, use-case and publisher-specific blockchains. Each publisher/asset issuer has their own unique datachain where their asset data are issued and verification results are updated.
Nodes cross-check computed verification results and ensure that the results are correct. One honest node is enough to catch fraud.
Publishers issue assets and data to be verified and stake TOSI tokens to increase their credibility.
TosiScan is an easy-to-use interface to check verification results.
Tosi's issuance and verification process includes five main stages:
Publisher's identification
Asset issuance & TOSI staking
Asset verification
Result confirmation & dispute resolution
Result availability via TosiScan
These stages are described in more detail in the following chapters.
